Professional Google Grants Management

What’s Included In Our Google Grants Management Service

Google Grants Application

Making mistakes in your Google Grants application can create complications that turn a one-week process into months. Don’t take any risks. Let us apply for you to make sure it goes smoothly. We guarantee to get you the grant or 100% of your money back.

Strategy For Success

Like anything, the Google Grant has its strengths and weaknesses. We take your topic knowledge and combine it with our Google Grants expertise to create an effective roadmap for how to solve your nonprofit’s marketing challenges.

In-Depth Keyword Research

Finding the right keywords that reach your correct audience and has a lot of traffic is both a science and an art. It’s also traditionally the most time-consuming part of the process. We do it all for you.

Ad Group Organization

Often a task that is under-appreciated and under-utilized, properly structured ad groups will enhance the performance and growth of your keywords. We create very specific ad groups for your campaigns that do this.

Effective Ad Text Writing

Your ad text plays an enormously important role, since it’s the only thing that your audience sees. We write ads based on years of best-practice and are always experimenting with ways to make them even better.

Landing Page Optimization / Creation

Your landing page is critical to seeing success beyond just website traffic from Google Grants. Depending on your service package, we’ll either provide you with advice on how to improve you landing pages or build them for you.

Monthly Performance Reporting

Strong communication is a cornerstone of our customer service. Every nonprofit has a dedicated account manager to keep you up-to-date with what we’re doing, and typically we meet each month to go over the results.

Google Analytics Setup Consultation

Google Analytics is so powerful because it links with your Google Grant and can tell you, down the exact keyword, what is driving success. Properly setting up your Analytics is necessary to take advantage of this feature, and we’ll help you do it.

Regular Account Optimization

Marketing is all about experimentation, and with our regular account optimization, we’ll continually improve your campaigns in order to drive results. Active management is also a mandatory component for staying in the grant program. We guarantee we’ll fulfill this requirement.

About Our Process

I Need To Apply For Google Grants

Step 1 – We walk you through the Google for Nonprofits application to make sure it’s correct and that you own the grant, not us.

Step 2 – Once you’re approved for Google for Nonprofits, we’ll prepare an AdWords account and enroll it for you in the Google Ad Grants program.

Step 3 – After everything is approved, we have a 30-minute discovery meeting to understand your needs and goals. With that, we’ll build a strategy and make sure everyone’s on the same page.

Step 4 – Our team then researches the keywords and writes the ad text that fit within the campaign strategy. We also take care of all the little details along the way, like structuring ad groups and creating extensions.

Step 5 – Depending on your preference, once that’s done we can either launch the campaigns or run them by you for final approval. It’s completely up to you!

Step 6 – At the end of every month we’ll send you a performance report so you know how much of the grant you benefited from. We also encourage monthly screenshare meetings where we can show you what we’re doing, but can create an alternative meeting schedule based on your availability.

I Already Have a Google Grant

Step 1 – You add us as third-party managers to your AdWords account and your Google Analytics account so we can review the campaigns already inside.

Step 2 – If the account is already in good shape, we’ll typically do little optimizations and build upon what we see. More often we’ll build the campaigns from scratch but use the existing campaigns as inspiration based on what worked and what didn’t work.

Step 3 – After we’ve reviewed everything, we have a 30-minute discovery meeting to understand your needs and goals.
