Reactivate your Google Ad Grant if it's been suspended

Our Certified Ad Grants experts can help you get your Google Ad Grant account reactivated & back on track!

We know that having your Google Ad Grant account suspended, lost, or deactivated can be quite frustrating – and getting it back can be a huge hassle and use of resources (time, energy, and money) for your nonprofit organization.

Don’t let the suspension discourage you from utilizing the Ad Grant, as leaving $10,000/month on the table means that you’re missing out on connecting with your supporters, donors, and community. Let ConnectAd help you get the $10K/month back!

Common reasons why nonprofits have their Google Ad Grant account suspended, lost, or deactivated

  1. The account was not in use and was deactivated.
  2. The only admin user no longer works at your nonprofit and you don’t have access.
  3. The account was out of compliance.
  4. Your nonprofit status was not re-verified within a designated timeframe.

With strict compliance requirements and ever-changing policies, reactivating a suspended Google Ad Grant can be a frustrating and time-consuming process that can still leave nonprofits stuck in limbo! Hiring a professional ensures your Grant account is brought back online quickly and correctly the first time, avoiding repeated denials or long delays.

At ConnectAd, we know exactly what Google is looking for, how to address policy violations, and how to successfully reactivate Google Ad Grant accounts, saving your team hours of trial and error. With the right help, you can get your nonprofit’s Google Ad Grant reactivated smoothly and start putting those free ad dollars back to work for your mission.

About Conversion Tracking

What is a conversion?

A conversion is defined as any action a user takes on your website that you deem valuable. For some, this is a donation, for others it’s a registration.

Why track conversions?

Tracking conversions is essential to the success of any digital marketing effort. If you don’t understand what actions are leading to growing your impact, you can’t effectively make the right decision to optimize for them.

How we track conversions

Our team will install and implement platforms such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to track and assess these metrics. Our best practices with this valuable data enables us to optimally manage your account.

The Role Of Your Account Manager

What is an Account Manager?

Each one of our clients is matched with a Dedicated Account Manager (AM), who is both your digital marketing expert and main point-of-contact.

What is their expertise?

Upon joining ConnectAd, all AMs go through an extensive training & certification program before managing nonprofit accounts. Additionally, AMs go through further training each week as part of our culture of learning so that they can continue to develop their skill set.

As a result, AMs become proficient in multiple areas of digital marketing to the benefit of our clients.

A $599 Setup Fee May Apply

ConnectAd charges a $599 setup fee to activate and/or recover Google Ad Grant accounts. However, if your nonprofit has never had the Google Ad Grant, we will waive the $599 setup fee and complete the rest of the Google Ad Grant application process on your behalf if your nonprofit meets the following criteria:

1. Able to access an approved Google for Nonprofits account

2. Nonprofit status is verified by Goodstack

3. No compliance or eligibility issues preventing activation of the Google Ad Grant

If you already have the Google Ad Grant but lost administrative access, had your account suspended, or have not actively managed your account within the past year, we will apply this fee towards getting your account back.
