Email Marketing

Email marketing is one of the best ways for nonprofits to spread brand awareness. That’s because, when executed well, it is an extremely low-cost and effective way to educate subscribers and deepen their interest. By maintaining brand interest it is easier to encourage donations and keep subscribers informed about events, fundraisers, and important updates.

What We Can Do For Your Nonprofit

Strategic Planning

Let's make a plan. Every nonprofit is different, so let's work together to identify your goals and how we can get there.

Lead Capture & Classification

Deliver personalized marketing directly to your customer's inbox. Use integrated lead capture forms with email marketing to collect and segment prospective customers or donors.

Build Brand Loyalty & Awareness

Keep supporters updated and interested in your nonprofit. Nurture newer prospects by helping them get to know your organization better over time.

Nurture Leads & Encourage Sales/Donations

Reenforce your mission through engaging email content. Speak directly to targeted segments, such as existing customers or prospects.

How We Do It

Email Design

Craft the perfect message. Create a custom email template to suit your unique nonprofit. Designed with an emphasis on brand consistency and accurately representing your message.

Newsletters

Keep donors and supporters informed and interested in your brand. Share updates on the impact you're making and how donors have helped.

Automated Email Campaigns

Never miss an opportunity. Generate auto-response emails triggered by important actions, like new email subscriptions, post-webinar follow ups, or abandoned checkout carts.

Audience Segmentation

There's no one-size-fits-all when it comes to how people support your organization. Organize your contacts with tags and lists to send highly targeted emails to the right group at the right time.

Standard Email Campaigns

Send a one-time broadcast email or "blast" to your contacts/subscribers for special events, fundraising drives and other announcements.

Drip Marketing Email Campaigns

Nurture leads and work towards a goal through a series of emails that build your message or story over time. Reach the reader at the optimal time with a strategic sending plan.

About Conversion Tracking

What is a conversion?

A conversion is defined as any action a user takes on your website that you deem valuable. For some, this is a donation, for others it’s a registration.

Why track conversions?

Tracking conversions is essential to the success of any digital marketing effort. If you don’t understand what actions are leading to growing your impact, you can’t effectively make the right decision to optimize for them.

How we track conversions

Our team will install and implement platforms such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to track and assess these metrics. Our best practices with this valuable data enables us to optimally manage your account.

The Role Of Your Account Manager

What is an Account Manager?

Each one of our clients is matched with a Dedicated Account Manager (AM), who is both your digital marketing expert and main point-of-contact.

What is their expertise?

Upon joining ConnectAd, all AMs go through an extensive training & certification program before managing nonprofit accounts. Additionally, AMs go through further training each week as part of our culture of learning so that they can continue to develop their skill set.

As a result, AMs become proficient in multiple areas of digital marketing to the benefit of our clients.
